BV22 Educational Television

BV22 was launched in summer 2007 through collaboration between Boulder Valley School District and Boulder Community Media. The ultimate goal of BV22 programming is to provide education-related, locally and nationally produced programming of the highest quality in both content and production that benefits Boulder Valley area students of all ages from pre-school into adulthood.

Although our program model is still evolving, BV22 is already THE main place to find broadcasts of our Board of Education meetings if you have Comcast cable television service. The meetings broadcast live on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 6:00 p.m. and rebroadcast on Fridays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 2 p.m.

Please note that BV22 is available only on Comcast Cable (not on satellite dish networks) and also that it does not air in Broomfield. If you live in Broomfield, you will still find the board meetings on channel 8 rebroadcast and videos can be viewed on the Board of Education website here.

BVSD is also pleased to be working with Boulder Psychological Services and Parent Engagement Network and bringing you their Pathways to Parenting Success Series forums. These public forums focus on topics important to parents and students such as developing self-esteem in your child and secrets of effective parenting as well as broadcasting special events. You can watch live on Comcast Cable ch 22 every first Monday of the month from 7-8:00 p.m. For more information about this show, visit www.boulderpsychologicalservices.com.
