Scope of Work
 Facility Condition Assessment (FCA): Planned Implementation (FCA):
  •  Intercom system improvements
  • Expansion of existing system to all new and remodeled areas including new switch bank  
  •  Fire alarm system improvements
  • Expansion of existing system including new horns and strobe lights throughout the building
  •  Exit sign and lighting improvements
  •  New lighting in all remodeled areas including emergency lighting
  •  Boiler replacement
  • New high efficient boiler for the Trades area classrooms
  •  Interior finish upgrades
  • Paint, carpet and flooring in all remodeled areas
  •  Clock and communication system improvements
  • New GPS clock system 
  •  Electrical service and distribution improvements
  • Electric service up grade, and replacement of existing sub panels at several locations
  •  HVAC improvements
  • Replacement of 4 roof top heating and cooling units
  •  Interior signage program
  • New interior signage through out the building
 Program Compatibility Assessment (PCA): Planned Implementation (PCA):
  • Expansion of 7 classrooms, including a new science room and computer lab
  •  Computer room and lab additions
  • A new computer lab
  •  IMC renovation and improvements
  • The new IMC will be included in the 2nd level of the new north addition
  •  Auto shop expansion
  • Trends for enrollment of the auto classrooms are declining therefore no expansion of this area
  •  Construction trades expansion
  • Same as auto
  •  Administration office improvements
  • The new carrier pathways and counseling area will allow the administration to expand exclusively within their own area

  • New VoIP system throughout the building
