 Facility Condition Assessment (FCA):  Planned Implementation (FCA):
  •  Intercom improvements
  •  New intercom system installed
  •  Electrical service and distribution upgrades
  •  New electric service to the building and new switch gear installed
  •  Interior finish upgrades (i.e. paint, carpet, ceiling tile, flooring, etc.)
  •  All remodeled areas received new finishes including lighting
  •  HVAC upgrades
  •  New heat and cooling system installed in remodeled areas as well as temperature control
  •  Interior cabinet upgrades
  •  New classroom casework installed in 6 classrooms
  •  Interior Signage Program
  •  New building signage

  • Upgrade WAN to provide capacity to support applications with high bandwidth demands

  • New data wiring installed throughout the building
  • Implement VoIP to enhance communications capabilities and reduce costs
  • New VoiIP phone system installed
